Sound familiar?

Most agents are busy with the work itself. The website keeps slipping down the list.

  • Your site looks like every other agent's

A brokerage template page doesn't tell buyers or sellers why they should call you. Your own site shows your areas, your sales and your voice.

  • Leads get lost between tools

A form emails you, a portal texts you, and the CRM never hears about it. We send website leads straight to the CRM you use.

  • No time to update listings and posts

You're showing homes, not editing web pages. Send a message with a new listing or a market update and it goes live.

What your site does for you

Built around the way you actually win new clients.

  1. Pages for the areas you sell

A page for each neighborhood or town you know well, with what buyers ask about most.

  2. Leads that land in your CRM

Home value requests, showing requests and contact forms go to your CRM, tagged so you know where they came from.

  3. Listings on your site

Show your listings, or a full search through your MLS's IDX program when your broker approves it.

  4. A seller page that earns the call

How you price, market and sell a home, with a clear way to ask for a home value.

  5. Your story and your team

Friendly photos and short bios, so people feel like they know you before they call.

What your site comes with

Then it stays current. You send a message, and the change goes live.

  • A home page about you, not your brokerage
  • Area pages for the places you sell
  • Buyer and seller pages with lead forms
  • Your brokerage name and license info shown clearly
  • Leads sent to your CRM
  • Hosting, security, backups and updates

Built with real estate rules in mind

Real estate ads have rules that change by state and by MLS. Your site is built to follow the common ones. This isn't legal advice, and your broker's rules always come first.

  • Your brokerage, shown clearly

Most states require your brokerage name on your ads. We put it in the header or footer of every page.

  • Fair housing language

Area pages talk about homes, schools and parks, never about who should live there.

  • Listing data used by the rules

Listings from the MLS only show through an approved IDX feed, with the credits and notices your MLS asks for.

  • Real reviews only

We never write or invent reviews. We only post real reviews you share with us.

Questions from agents

Can my website integrate with Follow Up Boss or BoldTrail (kvCORE)?

Yes. We connect your site to Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail (kvCORE), Lofty and Sierra Interactive and other tools agents use, through booking links, embedded widgets, forms and the tool's own API where it offers one. We aren't partners with these companies. Use something else? Tell us and we'll connect it.

Can I keep my brokerage profile too?

Yes. Your own site sits alongside it. Many agents link from their brokerage profile to their own site.

Can my site show MLS listings?

Yes, through your MLS's IDX program once your broker approves it. Until then, we can show your own listings by hand.

Do I own my leads?

Yes. Leads from your site go to you and to your CRM. We don't sell or share them.

Send us an agent site you love. We'll build your version first.

No long meetings. Send us a link, your headshot and your brokerage info, and we'll start there.
