Privacy policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you, run your website and keep things secure. We never sell your information.
Effective October 23, 2026
This policy explains how Fusion Tactix LLC ("Fusion Tactix", "we", "us") handles personal information on fusiontactix.com and when you talk to us about a website. We are a US based company and this site is meant for people in the United States.
What we collect
Things you give us
- Contact form. Your name, business name, email and message. If you choose to, also your phone number, the plan you're interested in, your current website and a website you like.
- Booking a call. Our "Book a call" buttons open Calendly, a scheduling service. Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give, and shares them with us so we can meet.
- Emails and chats. Anything you send us by email, or in your client chat if you become a client.
- Client details. If you sign up, the details we need to build and run your website: your business info, logins you share with us, content, photos and domain details. When we start taking payments online, billing details are collected by Stripe (see below).
Things collected automatically
- Technical details. When you visit, Cloudflare (our host) processes your IP address, browser type, the pages you ask for and similar details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. When you send the contact form, we also store your browser's user agent with your message.
- Spam check. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser and your IP address. It does not use cookies for advertising.
- Visit counts. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites.
We don't use advertising pixels, retargeting, session recording, or tracking cookies, and we don't load fonts or videos from other companies. Our fonts and videos are served from our own site.
Cookies and similar tools
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots. If you're in California, we save your privacy choice in your browser (in local storage and a small first party cookie) so we don't ask again. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
How we use it
- To reply to you and talk about your website.
- To build, host, change and support your website if you become a client.
- To bill you, once you're a client.
- To keep this site and our clients' sites safe from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To understand which pages help people, so we can make the site better.
- To follow the law and protect our rights.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI and your requests
If you're a client, the change requests you send us (text and screenshots) are processed by AI tools that help our team make the change. We use AI providers that don't use our business data to train their models by default. A person on our team is there to check bigger changes. Please don't send us passwords, payment card numbers or health information in a chat.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with companies that help us run our business (our service providers), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. Our service providers are allowed to use it only to do work for us.
- Cloudflare hosts this site, stores contact form messages (in its D1 database), sends our team an email about each new message, runs Turnstile and, if turned on, Web Analytics.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
- Our email provider delivers and stores the emails you send us.
- Our chat tool carries the messages in each client's private chat.
- AI providers process client change requests, as described above.
- Stripe will process payments when we start taking them online. Stripe collects your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
If Fusion Tactix is ever sold or merges with another company, personal information may move to the new owner, who will have to keep following this policy.
How long we keep it
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form messages and emails from people who don't become clients | To reply and follow up | Up to 2 years after we last hear from you |
| Client records (business details, content, chats, change history) | To run your website and support you | While you're a client, then up to 1 year after you leave |
| Billing and tax records | Accounting and the law | Up to 7 years |
| Technical and security logs | Keep the site running and safe | A few days to a few weeks, set by Cloudflare |
| Your California privacy choice | So we don't ask again | Until you clear it, or 1 year |
We may keep information longer if the law requires it or to settle a dispute. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see "Your rights").
Your rights
Wherever you live in the US, you can ask us to:
- Know what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we have it and who we've shared it with.
- Get a copy of it.
- Correct it if it's wrong.
- Delete it.
- Opt out of any sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. We don't do any of these, but you can still tell us your choice and we'll record it.
To make a request, email tyler@fusiontactix.com. We'll confirm it's really you, usually by replying to the email address we have for you, and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why. We won't charge you, and we won't treat you differently for using your rights. You can have someone you trust (an authorized agent) make a request for you; we'll ask for proof that you gave them permission.
If we say no to a request, we'll explain why. You can ask us to look at it again by replying to our answer. Some states let you contact your state attorney general if you're still not happy.
California residents
California law (the CCPA, as changed by the CPRA) gives you the rights above: to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Here is how they apply to us:
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we haven't in the last 12 months. We don't knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.
- We don't use sensitive personal information to guess things about you. We only use it, if you give it to us (for example, a login you share so we can work on your site), to provide the service.
- The categories we collect in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (the plan you pick, billing records once we take payments), internet activity (pages visited, browser details), and business information you share. They come from you, your browser, and our service providers. We use them for the reasons in "How we use it" and keep them as shown in "How long we keep it".
- Do not sell or share my personal information. We don't, so there's nothing to turn off. If you'd still like to record the choice, use the privacy banner, email us, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat that signal as a valid opt-out request.
Other states
States such as Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia have their own privacy laws. Many of them may not apply to a business our size, but we offer the same rights to everyone in the US.
Your website's visitors
If you're a client, the information your own visitors send through your website (for example, a booking or contact form) belongs to you. We handle it on your behalf to run your site. You're responsible for having a privacy notice on your site that fits your business, and we can help you write one.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
How we protect it
The site only works over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Contact form messages are stored with Cloudflare, and only our team can read them. We give each person on our team only the access they need. No website is perfectly secure, so we can't promise nothing will ever go wrong. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, like Calendly and the live sites of our clients. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them, not this one.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is big, we'll make it clear on this page, and tell our clients directly.
