How do I get started?
Book a call with a real person on our team. Tell us about your business, and bring a link to a website you love if you have one. We build a first version of your site, so you have something real to react to. Then we look at it together.
Do I see my site before it goes live?
Yes. We build a first version and walk through it with you. We keep changing it until you love it. Then we put it online.
What if I already have a website?
That's fine. Send us your current site and a site you love. We'll build a new version and help you move over.
What kinds of changes can I ask for?
Just ask in your chat. Our AI knows what you can ask for, so you don't need to learn any rules. Most everyday changes are quick: new photos, prices, hours, a new page, a sale banner, a form update. If a request is bigger, our AI tells you, and a real person on our team reviews it before anything changes.
How fast are changes made?
Most changes are done in seconds, and some take up to about 10 minutes. When a person on our team needs to step in, like for a bigger change, please give us up to about 48 hours. We'll always let you know which kind it is.
Is it a person or the AI making my changes?
Both. We're a hybrid. Our AI does the busy work, and real people on our team check it and answer your questions. You can always talk to a person in your chat.
